HOW did they do that?
I refer to the low friction tarmac laid the length of Chorley New Road. Low friction tarmac is costly to produce, so I want to know who's paying for it? Has some big noise made it happen? I was not aware Chorley New Road had a noise problem.
My neighbours and I have been campaigning for three years for low friction tarmac for St Peter's Way. There is a 24 hour, seven day a week, constant roar here in Darcy Lever, as I am sure there is in Farnworth, Kearsley and the Haulgh district.
