A BOLTON pub is appealing for daring residents to take part in a charity parachute jump.
Drinkers at the Red Lion in Salford Road, Over Hulton, will skydive for the NSPCC at an airfield in Hull on Friday August 24 and Saturday August 25. Staff say more jumpers are needed.
The event is part of an extensive fund-raising programme.
A Charity Casino and Children's Disco will be held on Friday August 24. Tickets cost £3.
On Saturday August 25 a family fun day will be held including a children's magician, barbecue and beat the keeper. A car boot sale will be held on Bank Holiday Monday August 27 from 9am to 3pm. Spaces cost £5 per stall.
