BRADSHAW Hall Fisheries have been busy organising and running one of the area's most popular junior competitions.
The six-match series is backed by Greater Manchester Police and many of the big High Street names along with many fishing tackle makers and suppliers and its title 'Hooked on Fishing not Drugs or Crime' says it all.
Up to now two matches have been held and the bankings of Number Four lodge have been full to bursting with over 50 juniors on each fishing in two age groups, under 12s and 13 to 16.
The matches are held each Monday and there are lots of freebies to be had including free refreshments.
