A MAN admitted threatening behaviour when he appeared before Rochdale magistrates.
James Dootson aged 23, of Palace Street, Bury, was given a 12 months conditional discharge with £65 costs.
The court was called Dootson called police about a neighbours' dispute in Benmore Close, Heywood, where he was visiting his girlfriend.
When they arrived, Dootson wanted them to make arrests. He waved a baseball bat and, when arrested, swung a punch at an officer.
