ON August 10, the minibus belonging to Strathmore Nursing Home was vandalised, and, as a result, all the tyres had to be replaced.
Our minibus is used on a regular basis to take residents to various resorts and places of interest, both locally and further afield. The cost of replacing the tyres was estimated at £200.
We would like to offer a huge thank you, on behalf of all our residents, to Gordons' Ford Rapid Fit for their immense generosity, in offering to supply the tyres free of charge, which means that Strathmore Nursing Home is up and motoring once again.
