A MAN has been disqualified from driving for 18 months and fined £50 by Bury magistrates.
The court was told police saw Stephen Sweeney driving at high speed around the Woodfield Retail Park.
Police smelled alcohol on Sweeney's breath and he was taken to the station and found to be over the drink-drive limit.
Sweeney, aged 20, of Percy Street, Bury, pleaded guilty to drink driving, having no insurance, no MOT and no driving licence.
