work to return a historic Bolton town centre building to its former glory in a £235,000 restoration project is nearing completion.
The final stages of work to revamp five-storey Paderborn House in Le Mans Crescent, home to various Bolton Council departments and Whittaker's Department Store, have begun. Concrete refurbishment company Brookes Ltd says the project to renovate the deteriorating concrete exterior, which began in January, will be completed in the near future.
