HIGH fives at Leicester earned Big Sam's boys a place in Wanderers' record books.
Not only was it the club's biggest Premiership victory and the best ever opening day victory but it was also their biggest away win in any competition for 73 years.
Since beating Blackburn 6-1 in 1928, they had scored five goals on their travels on just seven occasions:
Feb 4, 1928 - 5-2 at Middlesbrough; Oct 30, 1928 - 5-3 at Aston Villa; Sept 9, 1933 - 5-1 at Manchester United; Jan 23, 1954 - 5-1 at Manchester United; March 19, 1960 - 5-2 at Birmingham; Sept 17, 1966 - 5-2 at Cardiff; Jan 14, 1978 - 5-1 at Sheffield United.
