WORSLEY Methodist Church continues its series of events to commemorate its 200th anniversary year with heritage open days.
These take place on Saturday and Sunday, September 8 and 9. The church opens from 10am to 5pm on Saturday, and 2pm to 5pm on Sunday.
The days are co-ordinated by the Civic Trust on behalf of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and forms part of the European Heritage Days in which 46 countries participate.
The weekend also coincides with the harvest festival, which means the church will be beautifully decorated.
