A SURVEY by the Forum of Private Business showed that nearly 80 per cent of members quizzed support Government plans to charge employees an up-front fee to use the employment tribunal system. They agree that workers should pay £50 or £60. Garry Parker, FPB's head of policy, said: "Obviously there is a need for clarity and guidance for small businesses with limited resources. While employees should be protected against unfair treatment or dismissal, they should be discouraged from taking employers to tribunal just to try to get money out of them."
