COMPANIES which have so far failed to finalise their Stakeholder Pension arrangements are being invited to free breakfast seminars on September 4 and 18.
Bolton and Bury Chamber is aiming to help businesses which could face major fines if they fail to comply with the government's October deadline.
Chief Executive Andy Ratcliff said: "The penalties for not complying with the legislation are severe. We are anxious to make sure that local companies do not fall foul of the law by simply not being aware of their obligations."
Experts will be on hand at the seminars to explain the regulations to employers. Anyone who wants to attend should call Neil Walmsley on 01204 374645.
