I WOULD like to congratulate the gardeners who have planted the "sunken garden" in Queens Park with our new Mayor's name "Cllr Helsby".
May I just point out that you have missed a bit. Under the Coat of Arms should read Bolton's motto -- "Supera Moras" which means "Overcome difficulties and delays". Maybe they ran out of plants!
