ANSWERING Peter D Morgan's letter "Hear both sides of the story" August 29, Mr Morgan uses words like "fundamentalist, dyed in the wool, dark ages".
Sounds like arrogance to me considering he does not know me or, is it because I dared to quote the Bible to church minister. And, as for taking the word of the Bible literally, Mr Morgan does not say which parts are to be taken literally and which are not.
I don't pick and choose different parts of the "Holy Scripture" just to suit myself. The "Holy Scriptures" (Bible) at 2 Timothy 3:16 "ALL scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching" and for Mr Morgan's information I don't subscribe to the established Christian churches. They don't have a very good historical track record do they?
As for other people having a different belief to mine, all have the right to choose freely it is between their conscience and God. God gives freewill to choose the right way "through scripture" and he will remember "those choices" as for that freewill when ever I wish to exercise that freewill of "belief" and use scripture to support that "belief" I am met by the Mr Morgan's of the world who say "fundamentalist, dyed in the wool" some say people like me have a "phobia" of one sort or another then laws are changed which effectively stop people speaking out. I wonder if Mr Morgan has noticed that as for cloning he should have read my letter properly. As for the rest of his letter, I'll treat it with the respect it deserves.
