A CHARGE of threatening violence at a motorway service station has been dropped.
Liam Thomas O'Reilly, aged 25, formerly of Crawford Avenue, Tyldesley, but now of the Parkside House Hostel, Middleton, admitted stealing chocolates worth £38 from Granada Services at Birch on the M62.
The case was adjourned by Rochdale Magistrates for pre-sentence reports.
O'Reilly, who was granted conditional bail, will appear for sentencing on October 2.
