A TEENAGER has appeared before Bury magistrates charged with two counts of rape. The 17-year-old, who cannot be named because of his age, is alleged to have committed the offences in the town.
Matters against him were adjourned until October 18 when committal to the Crown Court is expected to take place. Bail was refused.
