MY wife and myself were in a car park in Manchester this week, and we saw a young man behaving in a strange manner.
We watched him for about 10 minutes, he seemed to be standing behind cars, any vehicle, in fact, with his back to it. Now all these car owners saw him and stopped, blew their horns and he moved away.
We later saw him on another floor doing the same thing, this time he was behind a small van. Luckily, the driver saw him and asked him what he was doing. He moved, said sorry, and then went away.
When we were downstairs we told a traffic warden , he looked at us. "Well," he said trying not to laugh, "I think he is trying to get himself run down, so he can make a claim with this new claim culture."
Well, I think now I have heard it all.
