THOUSANDS of postcard-sized flyers are to go to homes throughout the Halliwell and Oxford Grove area of Bolton to publicise the new Sure Start community project.
Sure Start is a project built around local needs for and by local people in the area to help young children and families and is aimed at improving the well-being and opportunities for the under fours through better health, childcare and educational opportunities.
