FIRST North Western has taken delivery of its last Coradia Class 175 train from the manufacturers, Alstom.
First North Western has invested more than £70 million in the 27 trains which make up the new fleet. Commercial director Paul Bunting said: "We are delighted to be receiving the final instalment of what is a major investment by First North Western.
"We hope that this signals to passengers our commitment to constantly improve and enhance the services we offer."
He added: "We are sure that passengers will be delighted with the new trains and that they will play an important part in the future of rail travel throughout the region."
