A 75-year-old Bolton Wanderers football programme was expected to fetch hundreds of pounds in a London auction -- despite having a ripped cover.
The programme was issued for the 1926 FA Cup final between Bolton Wanderers and Manchester City. The Trotters won the clash 1-0 with a goal from David Jack.
The game was watched by 91,447 people and was only the fourth ever FA Cup final to be contested at Wembley. Wanderers won the very first Wembley final in 1923.
The programme was expected to fetch up to £500 when it went under the hammer in a football memorabilia lot at auction house Christie's today.
