A NORTH West Labour MEP has flown to Canada for top level NATO talks on the war against terrorism.
Labour MEP Gary Titley won backing from the European Parliament for his plan to strengthen the EU code of Conduct on Arms Exports.
MEPs voted 440-43 in Strasbourg to approve his proposals, which he believes are essential to defeat terrorism.
