LEIGH RMI hope that they can put their indifferent home form behind them tonight and cash in on a money-spinning LDV Trophy run.
In the only all-Nationwide Conference tie drawn, RMI meet struggling Scarborough at Hilton Park (7.45) with the winners likely to meet Football League opposition in the next round.
Due to increased payments from the FA, tonight's winners are also guaranteed a £20,000 pay-out - a considerable sum for RMI whose average home attendances have dropped to below 500. Leigh report no new injury problems ahead of tonight's game although Michael Twiss and Dave Ridings, who both missed the trip to Barnet on Saturday, are still doubts.
RMI's luck with the draw has seen them given a good chance to reach the FA Cup first round. They will meet UniBond Premier Division club Worksop at Hilton Park on October 27 in the final qualifying round. The winners go into the draw with the Nationwide League Division Two and Three clubs.
