I WOULD like to nominate for "Rat of the Week", the rat who so blatantly hit my car in Park Road, Bolton, on Wednesday, October 10, and ran off, not even bothering to leave his or her name.
What a despicable thing to do, making sure they don't need to have their insurance increased, and for an innocent bystander to have to pay more.
I hope this letter may help to prick their conscience, or anyone who may have seen them.
