CHILDREN at Affetside Village School, which borders Bolton and Bury, raised £207 for the Royal National Institute for the Blind.
To raise the money, the 50 children from the school each created tactile pictures which were sponsored by family and friends. The pictures were displayed at their Harvest Festival assembly and a cheque was later presented to RNIB.
