BOLTON parents are right behind their children when it comes to hitting the books for homework, a survey has revealed.
Educational website Footee.net surveyed parents with children aged between seven and 11 across the country about their education.
And they found that nationally 78 per cent of those asked set time aside each day to read with their children.
But parents in the North came top of the pile with the survey showing 86 per cent take time out to help their children study.
