BARMAID Amanda Mottershead never declared her part-time job and continued to draw benefits she was not entitled to for five years, a court heard.
Bury magistrates were told that she had falsely obtained more than £10,000. Mottershead, of Duckworth Road, Prestwich, was convicted of two counts of dishonestly falsifying documents. Of previous good character, she was given 200 hours community service and ordered to pay £75 costs.
