I OFTEN wonder why Dorothy Waters bothers to live in the Bolton area at all.
She seems to spend so much time running the town down, I am surprised she hasn't moved elsewhere.
Comments such as those made by Ms. Waters are certainly not helpful to the town's city status bid.
