A TRANSPORT service for Bolton's elderly and disabled has been handed the keys to a mini-bus, courtesy of Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority.
Bolton Community Transport depends on volunteers and provides low cost transport for residents who would otherwise be unable to get out and about. It will be using one of the transport authority's former Ring and Ride vehicles.
Tom Jenkins, chairman of Bolton Community Transport said: "We will be able to provide many more day trips for residents who would otherwise be unable to get out and about."
