BOLTON DARTS LEAGUE

Ladies set the pace IN THE Bolton Darts League in aid of the Bolton Senior Gateway Club for mentally handicapped adults, the Ladies and Men's format for winter have been playing for two weeks, with most of the players having played two matches.

At The Moonlight Club (Thursday), the Ladies section leaders are Dot Marsh and Joanne Szekerley with identical aggregate and points with Pauline Lomax and Edith Stephens in joint third.

At The Moonlight Club (Friday), the Men's Section One leader is Steve Finch by aggregate from Dave Heyes.

The Men's Section Two leader is Martin Lomax by two points from Mark Lane, Steve Cunningham, Brian Daniels, Tommy Jessop, Mash Patel, John Tegland, Chris Gordon and Steve Weall. The Ladies Section One leader is Maureen Taylor by aggregate from Flo Bell and Diane Lee with Eva Holden and Ellen Wareing in joint fourth. Two players share the lead in the Ladies Section Two -- Shirley Olden and Tina Holden having the same aggregate and points.

At the RAOB Club (Friday) the Ladies Section One leaders are Delcie Lomax and Bev Ryding with the same aggregate and points and lead by two points from Pat Boardman, J Hanley, June Scott, Mavis Naylor and Janet Robishaw.

The Ladies Section Two leader is Alison Billington by two points from Dee Tong, Joan Miller, Karen Norris, Linda Grimshaw and Marie Watts.

The Men's Section One leader is John Fletcher by two points from David Brookes, Nigel Naylor, Bob Tierney and Mark Nicholson.
