RE: "NEW CREATION" VICTORIA HALL, OCTOBER 20.
HAVING successfully presented this great new Christian musical to a very large and appreciative audience at Victoria hall, I feel I must acknowledge the wonderful support of the Bolton Methodist Mission staff and stewards, for their co-operation and welcoming approach.
However, the main reason for writing, is to acknowledge the major part that publicity takes in creating interest and ensuring a large audience, without which nothing is achieved.
Your Arts and Cultural correspondent Beverley Greenberg, follows in the footsteps of her talented predecessor in stimulating attention and interest for artistic activities in the area through "Centre Stage".
Beverley not only provides wide publicity through her column for worthwhile events, but is an encourager of anxious organisers as the big day draws near. It is noticable that publicity in the BEN is invariably followed by an increase in enquiries and ticket sales.
Many thanks, your support is greatly appreciated.
