BOLTON Under 15s are still without a win this season after going down 5-1 to Oldham in their Greater Manchester Schools' League match on Saturday, writes Graeme Hollinshead.
The local youngsters, who have suffered a recent string of heavy defeats, found the competition a little too tough and they trailed 3-0 at half time.
Bolton started the second half somewhat brighter and were unlucky to fall further behind midway through the second half.
And Oldham showed no mercy in firing home their fifth goal of the game minutes later.
But with 10 minutes remaining Bolton grabbed a late consolation goal after Alistair Montgomery (Rivington and Blackrod) found the back of the Oldham net.
Bolton manager, Jason Nash, commented"...Oldham were much the stronger side and fully deserved the win.
