Gretna 1 Radcliffe Boro 2
DESPITE having several key players missing Boro strengthened their lead at the top of the Unibond League Division One table with an impressive victory north of the border.
Ace striker Jody Banim opened the scoring after only six minutes with a superb turn and shot into the bottom corner for his 18th of the season.
The second Boro goal came from David Bean back-heading in a corner on 66 minutes with Gretna getting a late reply on 89 minutes. Radcliffe keeper Danny Hurst pulled off three excellent saves but it was defender Gus Wilson who was named as man of the match.
