CAN someone please explain how and why the person known as Sheikh Abu Quatada or Omar Mahmoud Othman, and goodness knows how many more aliases, only lived in Bolton for six months in 1993, yet he has been having incapacity benefits of £209.25 paid into a Bolton bank account up until October, 2001?
Did he not have to sign on, or go for any medicals in all this time, or was someone doing this for him?
