MUSLIM cleric Sheikh Abu Quatada has denied having any links with Bolton.
He has also denied any knowledge of a Bolton bank account, which is said to be in credit to the tune of £180,000. In fact local Muslim leaders have never heard of this man.
The question then that has to be asked is, why incapacity benefit in this man's name is paid into the said account every two weeks? Sheikh Abu Quatada denies any knowledge of this also.
This man is obviously not resident in Bolton or even the North West. Also why is a man who is wanted by the FBI and Special Branch, and in their words poses a "significant risk" of committing or providing material support for acts of terrorism still living freely in Britain?
If there are sums of £180,000 sitting in a Bolton bank account, which obviously nobody owns or will admit to owning, then what an ideal opportunity to bless cross-cultural charities in Bolton. I'm sure they would greatly appreciate this unexpected windfall.
