A TEENAGER was being treated today in hospital after plunging from a multi-storey car park in Bolton.
Sarah Brooks, aged 17, of Chorley Old Road, Bolton, fell from the ninth level of the Bow Street car park on Wednesday.
She suffered broken feet, legs and pelvis as well as internal injuries and has undergone two emergency operations.
A female supervisor at the APCOA car park attempted to calm the teenager down before she jumped at about 1.40pm.
By the time police arrived on the scene minutes after the alarm was raised, she had fallen more than 30 feet and landed on a grass verge.
Her distraught mother Carol was too upset to talk today.
