THEY take their football seriously in Denmark - as they do all over the world - but, it seems, not quite as seriously as their politics.
A film crew from the national television station, TV 2, was due at the Reebok today to put together a feature on Wanderers' three Danes. But they postponed the trip when the Danish Prime Minister resigned and called a general election.
TV2's Soren Kofoed explained: "Everything has had to be rescheduled so the trip has been postponed utnil a later date."
Football gets rescheduled here in England, of course, but in the case of ITV's flagship "Premiership" programme it wasn't anything as mundane as politics that is taking priority but "Cilla's Blind Date"!
