PUPILS at a Chorley primary school ended the term on a high note when they staged a rousing musical.
All 137 juniors at St Mary's, in Hornchurch Drive, took part in the production of 'Paradise Island', the story of a rich king who has everything -- except happiness.
music teacher Margaret Singleton said the children practised for an entire half-term.
She said: "It was very well staged and the singing was tremendous. The children sang, performed and acted very well.
