CHORLEY are keeping it in the family by signing former Rochdale player Graham Hicks.
Graham's father Keith, a former Oldham player, played for Magpies boss Ken Wright at Radcliffe and Wright is pleased to have Hicks junior on board.
"He was on loan with us last season and did well and he has been paid up by Rochdale. We are glad to have him back.
"He is only 20 and I think he will prove to be a good asset for the rest of the season and for the future."
Defender Hicks was on the bench on his return for the Magpies for the 1-1 draw at Witton Albion midweek.
It was Chorley's third consecutive UniBond First Division draw and Wright knows his side need to get another three points on the board at bottom club Ossett Albion tomorrow.
"We need to get back to winning ways. We are not converting our chances. We are playing decent football and Witton's keeper was in inspired form. It was one of those days when everything went for him."
Wright though is looking to add to his frontline. He has top scorer Andy Mason, youngster David Sutch and David Eatock - who took a whack on the knee midweek -all vying for the places but he needs more.
"David Eatock is a doubt for tomorrow but we are keeping our fingers crossed. David Sutch is only a young lad and he has stepped up a level and accomplished himself well.
"But I am on the lookout for another striker. Three is not enough but I think most of the strikers I want are getting well paid by other clubs!"
