SPECULATION linking Wanderers with Rangers' striker, Kenny Miller, has caused a stir north and south of the border.
Rangers say they have had no approach for the former Hibernian striker while Wolves, who took him on loan last month, are concerned that they could have competition for a player they were hoping to keep for an extended period.
Whatever Wanderers' interest - and the club have denied any link - they will have to wait at least three weeks to make their move as Miller is currently recovering from a broken collar bone.
His agent, Gordon Smith, is reported to have said: "I've heard nothing about Bolton's interest - but it is something I might well want to chase up.
"The problem is that Kenny is out for another three weeks so there is certainly nothing that can happen until after that is healed.
"And Wolves are desperate to extend his loan period when he is fit again."
