FOLLOWING the events at last week's game its quite clear that while we have a Premiership stadium and, at long last, a Premiership team, we still have an amateur organisation behind the scenes.
At no other ground have I ever been to in the Premiership do away fans permit the home supporters sections as they do at the Reebok.
Incredibly, the club seems to tolerate this in the mistaken belief that they are happy to take the income from away fans to sit in the home sections and take a chance.
It is incredible that games such as Everton and other local derbies are not made all ticket, with no sales on the day of the game.
It should also be made clear in the ticket details of these club's home programmes before they visit the Reebok that this is the case and, that supporters of away fans buying tickets in the home sections do so at their own risk and that they will be ejected immediately if they are found to be sitting in sections reserved for home fans.
This situation has gone on for too long and it is unnaceptable that the club is still putting at risk the comfort of home fans on this scale.
To say it is impossible to segregate fans is a lame excuse and an abdication of responsibility which will eventually drive away some Bolton supporters from attending altogether.
