The first TV fixtures likely to be affected are: Liverpool v Sunderland, and Arsenal v United at Highbury.
The country's top footballers voted by a massive 99per cent to come out on strike.
An overwhelming 2,290 PFA members backed action in a bitter row with the Premier League over TV cash.
Only 22 players said they shouldn't strike.
PFA chief executive Gordon Taylor said: "We are extremely pleased to say the least."
Footballers are threatening not to play in televised matches after November 23 following the huge 92.7pc turn-out in the crucial vote.
And fixtures involving the above four clubs are scheduled for the folllowing Sunday - November 25.
