A MAN has been cleared by Rochdale magistrates of dishonestly handling two out of 31 mobile phones which went missing from a catalogue distribution centre.
The magistrates decided that even though Paul Stuart Andrews, aged 38, of Chesham Fold Road, Bury, was working at the Index warehouse on the Pilsworth Industrial Estate at the time no link could be established and the charge was dismissed.
