I WAS delighted to read the article in the BEN on Wednesday, November 7, about the proposed Victoria Gardens Complex.
It will be great to be able to go to a concert in Bolton and not always have to travel to Manchester, or further afield, to see big-name stars.
I would imagine that the development will give Bolton a great boost and help no end with the bid for city status. I look forward to seeing the drab and dismal area at the back of the Victoria Hall being given new life. Well done, Bolton
