I AM writing on behalf of my mother, who is an OAP. She discovered she had lost a large amount of money in Morrison's supermarket on Chorley Old Road, after she and I had had a drink of tea. The money wasn't in a purse, it was just rolled up. She dropped it in the cafe, and it was some time later when mum realised she had lost it. As luck would have it, the young man working in the cafe had handed it in. Also, I had left some cheese biscuits in the cafe which were also handed in.
Just to say a big thank you once again for the young man's honesty. Some young people are honest!
