SCHOOLGIRL Becky Raby, aged 11, is such a Harry Potter fanatic that she went to see the film twice during the weekend.
Here is her review of the movie after her first viewing.
I HAVE read the Harry Potter books and thought that they were marvellous, so I was hoping that the film would be as good. I had seen the previews, it looked really exciting and I was looking forward to seeing it.
I enjoyed the film immensely; my favourite character was Dumbledore because I think that Richard Harris played him well, making me feel excited when he came on. I also enjoyed Daniel Radcliffe, born to be Harry Potter, his scar looking so real.
Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane) had the biggest part, in more ways than one, scaring me at first because he was so tall and his voice was deep, but "You Know Who" terrified me. I think that all the actors were brilliant and looked similar to how I had imagined them.
When they play Quidditch you feel like you are there in the crowd. The floating candles and pumpkins in the great hall were so believable and so were the moving pictures.
I think that this film is a got-to-see broomstick blockbuster because of all the spectacular effects, all the great actors and actresses, plus all the marvellous scenes. I am off to see it again now!
