A SPORTSMEN'S Dinner is being hosted by Breightmet United Football Club, Moss Park, off Bury Road, on Friday with form Liverpool soccer star David Johnson and comedian Trevor Wallis as guests.
The compere for the night is Norman Vernon. The five-course meal and entertainment is £20, and tickets can be obtained from the club on 01204 533930.
On Saturday there is Karaoke Night again, with Geoff Vernon.
