ROAD tax dodgers in Bolton are being targeted by new DVLA Stingray cameras which detect unlicensed vehicles on the move.
Motorists in the region, who do not license their cars or vans, are the latest to come under the spotlight.
Mobile cameras will be used to detect offenders and will operate from lay-bys and over-bridges.
They will read the number plates of passing vehicles and check them immediately against DVLA records.
