CHORLEY boss Ken Wright is asking for the side to be more positive up front after a good attacking display against Leigh RMI in the Lancashire FA Marsden Cup on Tuesday.
The side have struggled to score goals in the UniBond First Division but against Leigh they scored two, and it could have been three or four, says manager Ken Wright.
"There was more commitment and quality," he said of the 4-2 defeat. "We scored two but could have had more."
The side meet Guiseley at home tomorrow and Wright is hoping for an improvement on their last league game, a 1-0 defeat at Ossett Albion.
"As a manager you can't defend a performance like that but we were only a few minutes away from getting a point away from home.
"Hopefully we can carry Wednesday's performance into tomorrow."
