FAMILY arguments, crowded shops and money worries are some of the main causes of stress at Christmas.
Now Bolton Community College has come up with a new course to help people cope.
"Understanding Stress and Anxiety" is a ten-week course starting on Monday at the college's Clarence Street Centre. It is aimed at people who suffer from stress or anxiety problems and looks at positive strategies for overcoming them.
The course is free apart from the college registration fee and takes place on Mondays from 3.15pm to 5.15pm.
