ACTOR Ralf Little is set to star in a new series of cult BBC TV show Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.
Ralf, who attended Bolton School and grew up in Bury, is currently filming episodes in Runcorn, Cheshire.
He plays Jonny, a character who ambles through life, desperately trying to avoid the responsibilities of adulthood for as long as possible.
Yet during the forthcoming series -- due to be aired in April -- Jonny's relationship with Janet comes under threat when an old flame pops up.
Ralf made his name on the BBC's hit comedy The Royle Family and has since gone on to present programmes on MTV and BBC Choice.
He stars in his latest role alongside Coronation Street's Beverley Callard, Will Mellor from Hollyoaks and Casualty and MTV presenter Natalie Casey, who also made her name in Hollyoaks.
