FIREFIGHTERS helped out after a forklift truck became trapped at a Daubhill factory yesterday.
The truck, which had a propane gas cylinder attached to the back of it, became trapped in machinery at GH Maughan Injection Moulders factory in Bella Street at 11.15pm.
Quick-thinking workers had attached a pipe to the truck in an effort to get rid of the potentially dangerous propane.
But the fire crew had to prise the truck away from the machinery and then used a giant fan to disperse any gas which had leaked.
